It's very convenient to adjust the hearing aids using the app. There is also a free app for the AQ Beat FS 7 R. In our opinion, the range of functions is average, but usually adequate. It’s best to try it out in demo mode beforehand. The AQ Beat FS 7 comes with a 2.4 GHz antenna and allows us to enjoy phone calls in both ears. Über ein paar Extra-Funktionen freut sich jeder, also schauen wir mal, ob wir hier fündig werden: Ein spezielles Tinnitusprogramm ist im AQ Beat FS 7 R auf Wunsch programmierbar. Damit können stimulierende, angenehme Geräusche generiert werden, die vom Tinnitus ablenken, wenn er mal wieder besonders stark ist. Das finden wir sehr nützlich und vergeben gerne Extrapunkte.
Die Möglichkeit zur Ferneinstellung finden wir richtig gut. Die ist immer dann sehr hilfreich, wenn man nur eine Kleinigkeit an der Hörgerät-Einstellung verändert haben möchte, aber nicht extra zum Hörakustiker fahren will. Den Kontakt nimmt man stattdessen über die App auf, und der Hörprofi schickt ein angepasstes Datenpaket auf dem gleichen Weg zurück.
Sensoren gibt es in dieser AQ Beat FS 7-Variante nicht, so dass auch das beliebte Gesundheits-Tracking nicht angeboten werden kann. Dabei werden z.B. die Schritte über den Tag gezählt. Wie gesagt - dieses Hörgerät hat diese Funktion nicht an Bord. Dieses Hansaton-Hörgerät hat keine weiteren Lifestyle-Optionen an Bord. Anderswo gibt es Sprachassistenten oder Erinnerungsfunktionen, aber zum guten Hören braucht man das nicht. Es hätte das Produkt nur etwas cooler gemacht.
