The app for the Evolv AI 2400 HdO 13 is really good; it has a lot of clever features that make hearing in difficult situations significantly easier. It's quite complex, but you can quickly find your way around. You can even practice in demo mode. There are also some surprising additional tools—have fun discovering them! A streaming option would be nice for our digital everyday life. The device at hand meets our wish and comes with a 2.4 GHz wireless module. This allows phone calls and sounds to be sent directly from the smartphone to the hearing aids.

Die einzelnen Stufen sind so klein, dass man gar nicht bemerkt, dass es gerade eine Lautstärkeanhebung gab.

Das Evolv AI 2400 HdO 13 ist nicht aufladbar. Es wird mit Hörgeräte-Batterien der Größe 13 betrieben. Nachteil: Die Batterien werden nach Gebrauch entsorgt. Vorteil: Das tägliche Aufladen von Akkus entfällt, das Hörgerät läuft über mehrere Tage ununterbrochen mit einer Batterie.

Einen unbeschwerten Alltag hatten wir in unserem Test aufgrund der IP-68-Zertifizierung. Die besagt, dass das Hörgerät besonders gut gegen Staub und Wasser geschützt ist. Wir sind durch den Regen marschiert und haben anschließend die Hörgeräte mit nassen Händen herausgenommen - alles kein Problem.
