The handling is not only child’s play, but nobody will notice that you are adjusting your hearing aids.
Voice commands are a rather new way of operating hearing aids. However, in this model, we do not yet have this option. That's not a big deal - the main thing is that you can hear well. Another option to control the hearing aids is a tap control. You simply tap your fingers on your ear, which then triggers a specific function. But this possibility is not available in this Audio Service device.
To improve usability, the manufacturer also provides us with an app for smartphones. The Audio Service app for G6 12 Mood has a lot to offer: Not only can you change the volume, but you can also truly influence the sound and various noise parameters. We award a significant plus point for the automatic acclimatization assistant. It increases the starting volume in very small steps until my hearing goal is reached. This significantly eases the adjustment to the new sound.
We regret that the G6 12 Mood does not have a rechargeable battery, but instead operates with hearing aid batteries of size 312. This is not particularly problematic, but one should remember to carry spare batteries. On the other hand, this hearing aid does not need to be charged daily; it runs for a longer time on a single battery.
With an IP 68 certification, the hearing aid can withstand a variety of adverse influences. Dust cannot penetrate it, it can endure longer immersion in water, and it is also protected against touch.
