Bernafon offers the Alpha 3 MNR T, a minimally visible hearing aid that is worn behind the ear. It is a hearing aid from an affordable price range and is suitable for mild to profound hearing losses. By placing the speaker directly in the ear canal, it ensures that sound reaches the eardrum without any losses.
Hearing comfort
Good speech understanding is naturally expected in modern hearing aids. Equally important is hearing comfort. Only when the balance between speech transmission and the level of background noise is right will listening be perceived as pleasant. Therefore, we take a look at the comfort features: The Alpha 3 MNR T allows for solid comfort programming by the hearing care professional. Normal environmental noises like street noise, the vacuum cleaner sound, or the sound from the fan should be suppressed by classic noise cancellation. This Bernafon hearing aid does that quite well. In a normal hearing environment, it is certainly manageable.
The impulse sound management is relatively simple; it dampens short loud sounds a little, which is okay. This device can detect wind and slightly reduce the noise. The app is definitely very useful. Anyone with a smartphone should download it. Even though the app is not among our favorites, it is still a valuable addition to the Alpha 3 MNR T. Problems with phone calls on the smartphone are a thing of the past with this device. Calls, music, and other sounds are transmitted completely wirelessly to the hearing aids. Headphones become unnecessary. We tested the wireless transmission during longer phone calls as well as when listening to music while exercising. Everything worked simply and smoothly. Only a suitable smartphone with 2.4 GHz wireless technology is needed.

Verschiedene Assistenten unterstützen Ihren Alltag jenseits des Hörens und lassen sich in der App konfigurieren. Solche Hörgeräte will man nicht mehr hergeben. Übrigens: An diesen Lifestyle-Funktionen wird oft noch gearbeitet, es kann also sein, dass die sich je nach Update auch mal ändern.
