Hearing feels completely normal. A great feature of this hearing aid is the automatic acclimatization. Especially when someone has been hearing poorly for a long time and then wears a hearing aid for the first time, this is a tremendous relief. The volume does not need to be turned up immediately. You can start at a lower level, and gradually and almost imperceptibly, the amplification approaches the target.
A significant relief in everyday life is the integrated battery. This means my Alpha XT 9 MNB T R always has enough power for the whole day, and I no longer have to worry that the batteries will suddenly run out in the middle of an event. An battery system is also very helpful for those with limited dexterity, as it eliminates the need to insert small button cells.
The hearing aid has been classified under IP protection class 68. This guarantees comprehensive protection against dust ingress. Water also cannot easily harm the hearing aid. This makes it well-equipped for outdoor activities where it can get wet and dirty. However, it is still advisable not to bathe or swim with the hearing aids. Bath additives or the salt content in seawater can alter the composition and ultimately may cause damage.

Das ist nichts weiter als ein Ablenkungsmanöver, und es funktioniert erstaunlich gut. Der Tinnitus verschwindet in dem allgemeinen Geräusch und nervt nicht weiter. Das ist ein einfaches, aber wirksames Tool und bekommt von uns Extrapunkte.
Ein cleveres Tool ist der integrierte Fernwartungsservice. Fast jeder hat ein Smartphone, und Zeit ist ein knappes Gut. Deshalb ist so ein Fernwartungsservice absolut angemessen. Wer eine neue Programmierung seiner Hörgeräte benötigt, kann ganz einfach über die App Kontakt zum Akustiker aufnehmen und seine Hörwünsche beschreiben. Über einen Cloud-Service kann der Profi dann eine individuelle Einstellung als Datenpaket in die App schicken. Von dort wird sie aufs Hörgerät geladen und kann sofort ausprobiert werden. Das verdient auf jeden Fall Extrapunkte in unserem Test.
Viele Hörgeräte haben heute noch ein paar Gesundheits-Funktionen dabei. Da das Alpha XT 9 MNB T R aber keine speziellen Sensoren dafür hat, können wir hier keine Besonderheiten vorstellen.
