Bernafon presents the Alpha 3 MNR T R model from a good, medium quality level. It can compensate for mild to severe hearing losses. It is a slightly visible hearing aid that delivers good sound by placing the speaker directly in the ear canal. It is worn behind the ear.

It’s best to try it out in demo mode beforehand. Problems with making calls on a smartphone are a thing of the past with this device. Calls, music, and other sounds are completely transmitted wirelessly to the hearing aids. Headphones are thus rendered unnecessary. We tested the wireless transmission during longer phone calls and while listening to music during sports. Everything worked smoothly and effortlessly. Only a compatible smartphone with 2.4 GHz radio technology is required.

The hearing aid has been rated to IP protection class 68. This guarantees comprehensive protection against dust ingress. Water cannot easily harm the hearing aid either. This makes it well-equipped for outdoor activities where it can get wet and dirty. However, do not necessarily go swimming or bathing with the hearing aids. Bath additives or the salt content in seawater can change the composition and ultimately cause damage.
