For those who want to adjust the volume quickly and easily, there is a button on the device. You can also select additional programs for special hearing situations through it. If desired, there is a remote control available for the hearing aid. This allows you to effortlessly adjust the volume. The handling is not only child’s play, but no one will notice that you are currently adjusting your hearing aids.
Voice commands are a pretty new way of operating hearing aids. However, this model does not have that option yet. That’s not really a problem - the main thing is that you can hear well. Another option for controlling the hearing aids is tap control. To do this, you simply tap your fingers on your ear, which triggers a specific function. But this possibility is not available in this Phonak device.
We searched in the app store in vain for an app for further adjustments, which we would have wished for differently. Unfortunately, we have to forgo a streaming function here and continue to hold the smartphone to our ear as usual.

Especially in varying situations, this is extremely convenient and makes me almost forget that I am wearing a hearing aid. Some people find it difficult to adjust, but this hearing aid makes it easy for us to adapt to the new volume. There is an acclimatization manager that gradually guides us to the required target amplification. The adjustment period can last from a few weeks to several months, and it can be set individually. The individual steps are so small that you barely notice there has been an increase in volume.
