ReSound offers the Quattro NEO 9 ITC-DW, a small hearing aid that is worn in the ear. It is a hearing aid from a still moderate price category and is suitable for moderate, stronger, and changing hearing losses. The comfortable and acoustically favorable position in the ear canal ensures that sound reaches the eardrum without losses.
The formerly proven Linx Quattro 9 ITC-DW is allowed to return to the market under a new name. As the technology is no longer state-of-the-art, the device has been significantly reduced in price.

First, we found a button directly on the hearing aid. This is very practical, as it is the simplest and quickest way to make changes. The volume can be adjusted through this button, and different listening programs can also be activated. If you prefer not to make adjustments directly at the ear, you can of course deactivate the button. We do enjoy the small remote controls, and we found one for this model. This allows for discreet adjustments to the volume or sound.
We do not yet find the modern form of operation via voice command in the Quattro NEO 9 ITC-DW. Another option for controlling the hearing aids is a tap control. This simply involves tapping your ear with your fingers, which triggers a specific function. However, this option is not available in this ReSound device.
For better usability, the manufacturer also provides us with a smartphone app. The ReSound app for Quattro NEO 9 ITC-DW is packed with features: not only can you change the volume, but you can also truly influence the sound and various noise parameters. The Quattro NEO 9 comes with a 2.4 GHz antenna and allows us to enjoy binaural phone calls. This even gives us an advantage over normal hearing individuals.
