How can one fully leverage the potential of hearing aids in everyday life? We have found out what access options are available with the AQ sound XC Pro 7 R. Usually, there is a button on the hearing aid, and we found one on the AQ sound XC Pro 7 as well. It can be configured as a volume control or program selection button and can also be deactivated if desired. We do like small remote controls, and we found one for this model. This allows for discreet adjustments to the volume or sound.
For some time now, there has been a trend of adjusting hearing aids using voice commands. The idea is really good, but Hansaton is not yet at that point with this device. Don't worry about it; while this feature would be nice, it is not essential. Another option for controlling the hearing aids is tap control. You simply tap your fingers on your ear, which triggers a specific function. However, this option is not available on this Hansaton device.

This can add a gentle noise in the background to distract from the annoying tinnitus if needed. The sounds can be tailored to personal hearing preferences.
We find the remote maintenance service exciting, which can be utilized. If one does not have the opportunity to visit the audiologist, they can instead contact them via the app, briefly describe their hearing issue, and subsequently receive a data package with a new hearing aid configuration.
