It provides me with the perfect setting at all times, without me having to do anything actively. This is extremely convenient, especially during varied phases, and allows me to almost forget that I have the hearing aid in my ear. We are very pleased with the integrated acclimatization manager. It gradually increases the volume of the hearing aid in tiny steps until our target amplification is reached. We can relax and gradually get used to the new auditory impressions.

We regret that the Bolero Marvel 90 M does not have a rechargeable battery but operates with hearing aid batteries size 312. This is not particularly problematic, but one should remember to carry spare batteries. On the other hand, this hearing aid does not need to be charged daily; it runs for a long time on a single battery.

Phonak provides us with a robust hearing aid that prevents any dust from entering and is also protected against touches and temporary immersion.

Instead, you can make contact via the app, and the hearing professional sends back an adjusted data package in the same way.

Tracking health data is a real added value in modern hearing aids. However, this Phonak model lacks the sensors for this service. It would have been nice to have a few lifestyle functions, but these are not available in the Bolero Marvel 90 M. Other hearing aids can score with features like language translators or fall alarms, but here it remains within the usual range of functions.
