We wanted to know how users can further access the Quattro NEO 7 61-DRW. There is a button directly on the hearing aid. With it, you can change the volume or activate additional listening programs. It can be programmed entirely according to customer preferences. The use of it is, of course, optional. Very practical is the small remote control, which is available as an option. For us, this is one of the most convenient ways to adjust the hearing aid volume or switch to another listening program. No one notices it; reaching for the ear is not necessary.
We are always pleased when a hearing aid surprises us with a great additional feature. For example, we would have liked to see voice control at this point. However, there is currently none in the Quattro NEO 7 61-DRW. There is no control of the hearing aids with a simple touch here in this ReSound model, as certain sensors would have been needed in the housing for that.
An app is the perfect companion for hearing aids. The app for the Quattro NEO 7 61-DRW is absolutely commendable. It is a sensible addition, as it can make life significantly easier in critical hearing situations with the various adjustment options. The Quattro NEO 7 comes with a 2.4 GHz antenna and allows us the pleasure of binaural phone calls. This even gives us an advantage over normal hearing individuals. We find this good and gladly award points.

Many hearing aids today come with a rechargeable battery, but the Quattro NEO 7 61-DRW still runs on disposable batteries. This is somewhat cumbersome to handle and also burdens the environment.

However, since the Quattro NEO 7 61-DRW does not have any specific sensors for that purpose, we cannot present any special features here. The device from ReSound focuses on essential hearing functions and does not offer extras such as voice assistants or translation functions. While that would have been fun, it is not necessary for a good hearing experience.
