We consider this very good, as many people enjoy spending time outdoors. The reduction of wind noise occurs here at a medium level. A high number of frequency bands support the separation of speech and noise. The Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go certainly ranks highly with its 16 bands. Spatial hearing can be a bit challenging at first, but once you understand how the microphones behave in certain situations, you can reasonably assess directions and distances.

 

Despite modern comfort features, tricky hearing situations can still arise. For this, the Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go has an assistant mode in its app. Behind this is an artificial intelligence that analyzes the current environment and calculates a noticeably better setting.

Although hearing aids are now very intelligent, they still cannot read the thoughts of the hearing aid wearer. Therefore, the automation sometimes reaches its limits. Individual adjustment options can be really useful, so let's briefly look at the options for the Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go: The simplest control option is always a button directly on the hearing aid. This one has that feature as well. It can be programmed exactly as desired. Do you want a manual volume control? No problem, the button allows for step-by-step adjustment of the volume. Or do you need different special programs for your professional life or hobbies? These can also be activated via the button. Anyone who wants to leave everything in automatic mode can simply ignore the button or even have it deactivated. If desired, there is a remote control for the hearing aid. With it, the volume can be easily adjusted. The handling is not only child’s play, but no one will notice that you are currently adjusting your hearing aids.

The modern form of operation by voice command is not yet available in the Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go. If there are sensors in the hearing aid, tap control could be conceivable, which would trigger a specific function by tapping your fingers on your ear. However, this option is not available in the Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go.

The app is definitely very useful. Anyone with a smartphone should download it. Although the app is not one of our favorites, it is still a useful addition to the Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go. You no longer need headphones here, as it has a wireless option and can transmit sounds directly from the smartphone to the ears – if the smartphone is equipped with 2.4 GHz LE technology.

Our analysis also addresses the everyday practicality of hearing aids. This involves robustness, as well as special comfort features that are intended to make daily use as easy as possible. Easy handling in everyday life definitely also includes power supply. The Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go has a built-in battery and is rechargeable. Since a single charge lasts for the entire day, we don't have to worry about the battery running out in the middle of a conversation.

We had a carefree everyday experience in our test due to the IP-68 certification. This indicates that the hearing aid is particularly well protected against dust and water. We marched through the rain and then took out the hearing aids with wet hands - no problem at all. However, the water resistance really only applies to fresh, natural water and not to foamy bathwater or saltwater.

Manchmal sind es Kleinigkeiten, die ein Hörgerät perfekt machen. Deshalb gucken wir noch kurz nach den Extras, die möglicherweise hier drin stecken: Signia hat einen Geräuschgenerator integriert, der für Tinnitus-Geplagte ein paar lindernde Klänge abspielt. Das kann vom Tinnitus ablenken und für etwas mehr Entspannung sorgen.

Spannend finden wir den Fernwartungsdienst, den man in Anspruch nehmen kann. Wenn man keine Gelegenheit hat, zum Hörakustiker zu fahren, kontaktiert man ihn stattdessen über die App, beschreibt kurz sein Hörproblem und erhält anschließend ein Datenpaket mit einer neuen Hörgerätkonfiguration. Wenn die sich gut anhört, lädt man sie in seine Hörgeräte.  

Nutzen Sie manchmal Ihr Smartphone, um Ihre täglichen Schritte zu tracken? Das geht jetzt nicht nur einfacher, sondern auch genauer. Das Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go von Signia hat nämlich integrierte Sensoren, mit denen das Tracking sehr präzise klappt. Darüber lassen sich auch andere Gesundheitsdaten aufzeichnen - in unseren Augen ist das ein echter Mehrwert.  Der Funktionsumfang im Pure 3 IX BCT Charge&Go beschränkt sich auf das normale Hören, was auch völlig in Ordnung ist. Zusatzfunktionen wie Sturzalarm oder Siri-Verknüpfungen haben schon einen ordentlichen Mehrwert, sind aber für einen guten Hörausgleich nicht relevant.

Abschließend lässt sich sagen, dass es sich bei diesem Gerät um einen echten Allrounder handelt, der uns mit seiner Komfortausstattung überzeugt und mit der Note 1,82 ein gutes Gesamtergebnis erzielt. Wer auf Spitzentechnik verzichten möchte, aber trotzdem einen bequemen Höralltag wünscht, der ist hier an der richtigen Stelle.
