A remote control is available for the Pure 5 IX Charge&Go T. It is quite practical, fits in your pocket, and offers a volume control option as well as various hearing programs.
Voice commands are a fairly new way to operate hearing aids. However, this feature is not yet available in this model. This is not a big deal - the main thing is to be able to hear well. Some hearing aids can also be controlled with a quick tap of a finger, without the need to press an additional button. However, this feature has not been implemented here yet.
