In each band, the hearing aid activates its sound management, filters out the disturbing elements, and retains important speech components. Sound adjustments can be targeted and precise. We are very satisfied with this. Especially with sharp or steeply declining hearing curves, such a hearing aid can be very useful. The spatial hearing in the present model is almost true to nature. A sophisticated directional microphone technology allows for good directional hearing and creates a real 3D effect.
If at any point the hearing comfort is not enough, you can make additional, very personal adjustments in the app. There is a special mode that uses artificial intelligence. This allows countless real sound data to be used to assist you effectively and precisely.

It can be programmed according to customer preferences. The use of this button is, of course, optional. We do like the small remote controls, and for this model, we have found one. This allows for discreet adjustments to the volume or sound.
We do not yet find the modern form of voice command operation in the Pure 7 IX Charge&Go T. There is no control of the hearing aids with a simple tap on this Signia model, as it would require specific sensors in the casing.

The adaptive algorithms untangle the individual sound events in the environment and present the soundscape clearly and precisely. We are very pleased with the integrated acclimatization manager. It gradually increases the volume of the hearing aid in tiny steps until our target amplification is finally reached. We can relax and gradually adapt to the new auditory experiences.
A charger is included with the Pure 7 IX Charge&Go T since it has built-in batteries. This is modern, user-friendly, and what we expect from a contemporary hearing aid.
We enjoyed a carefree daily life during our test due to the IP-68 certification. This indicates that the hearing aid is particularly well protected against dust and water. We walked through the rain and then took the hearing aids out with wet hands – no problem at all. However, the water resistance really only applies to fresh, natural water and not to frothy bathwater or saltwater.

At the end of our test report, there is still a little room for the extra features: A special tinnitus program can be programmed in the Pure 7 IX Charge&Go T upon request. A very good additional benefit is provided by the remote maintenance offer. Through the app, you can contact your audiologist and describe your hearing problem. Sensors in the hearing aid enable functions that offer real added value. This model from Signia contains such sensors and counts your steps throughout the day, for example. The data can then be viewed in the app. It is likely that further tracking functions will be added through subsequent updates. It would have been nice to have a few lifestyle features, but these are not available in the Pure 7 IX Charge&Go T. Other hearing aids can score with language translators or fall alarms, but here it remains within the usual functional scope.
