However, with the B Insera 3 312, this is not a problem at all, as it features intelligent and effective wind noise reduction. Snap, metallic sounds don't stand a chance with this hearing aid; they are significantly reduced with a multi-stage tool. How does one cope with the hearing aid in everyday life? This is the next aspect we will evaluate. Because only if such a device works simply and straightforwardly can one become accustomed to it. An automatic situation recognition is only rudimentarily integrated in the B Insera 3 312. We often have to resort to the manual options and adjust our hearing aid ourselves to the environments. The adjustment to the new hearing experience is supported by this device with a fully automatic acclimatization manager. It adjusts the amplification in barely noticeable steps until my hearing loss is completely compensated. I don't have to do anything other than wear my hearing aids regularly.
The B Insera 3 312 is not rechargeable; it operates with hearing aid batteries. Unlike a rechargeable battery, it does not need to be charged daily; however, the size 312 battery needs to be replaced after a few days.
Hearing aids are exposed to external influences. However, this model does not have a special coating against moisture or dust. This is unusual these days and surprises us. Therefore, optimal care is essential here.

Damit können stimulierende, angenehme Geräusche generiert werden, die vom Tinnitus ablenken, wenn er mal wieder besonders stark ist. Das finden wir sehr nützlich und vergeben gerne Extrapunkte.
Die Möglichkeit zur Ferneinstellung finden wir richtig gut. Die ist immer dann sehr hilfreich, wenn man nur eine Kleinigkeit an der Hörgerät-Einstellung verändert haben möchte, aber nicht extra zum Hörakustiker fahren will. Den Kontakt nimmt man stattdessen über die App auf, und der Hörprofi schickt ein angepasstes Datenpaket auf dem gleichen Weg zurück.
Hätte Unitron Bewegungssensoren in dieses Hörgerät integriert, dann könnte sogar ein individuelles Gesundheits-Tracking erfolgen. Das ist hier aber nicht der Fall. Diese Punkte gehen dem B Insera 3 312 in der Wertung verloren. Auf zusätzliche Funktionen wie spezielle Assistenzsysteme, einen Sturzalarm oder Sprachübersetzer verzichtet das Hörgerät. Das ist nicht weiter schlimm, denn es hat keinen Einfluss auf die wichtigen Hörfunktionen.
