In testing, we found out what options we have here. Usually, there is a button on the hearing aid, and we found it on the B Insera 7 as well. It can be configured as a volume control or program selection button and can also be disabled if desired. A remote control is available for the B Insera 7 312 NW O. It's quite handy, fits in your pocket, and offers a volume up-down option as well as various hearing programs.
Some hearing aids can already be controlled by voice, but this one from Unitron unfortunately cannot yet. It would be practical if the fingers are not as mobile or if you simply like smart gadgets. Tap Control would have also been an interesting feature. With that, you could change the function with a quick tap on the ear. But this is not available in the B Insera 7 312 NW O yet.
In the app store, we searched in vain for an app for further adjustments, which we would have preferred differently. If you were looking forward to wireless streaming, we regret to inform you that unfortunately, no wireless module has been integrated here.
