The B Moxi 1 R from Unitron is a discreet hearing aid that is worn behind the ear. By placing the speaker directly in the ear canal, excellent sound transmission is achieved. The B Moxi 1 R is a hearing aid from the more affordable price range and is suitable for mild to severe hearing losses.

Hearing aids are meant to not only bring speech to the ear but also to sound pleasant. So let's first look at the comfort features. What types of noises does the hearing aid recognize? In the B Moxi 1 R, it only works to a limited extent. Looking at the price, that could certainly fit.

Additional programs for specific hearing situations can also be activated with it. If you would like to forgo the button, you can simply have it deactivated. The small remote control, which is available optionally, is very practical. For us, it’s one of the most convenient ways to adjust the hearing aid’s volume or switch to another hearing program. No one notices it; you don’t need to touch your ear.
Voice control is an operating option that is gaining more and more popularity. Unitron has recognized this and provides this function in its B Moxi 1 R. We believe this is the fastest way to adjust the volume or switch hearing programs. Now it gets really modern: With tap control, you can easily switch the Unitron hearing aid. Sensors in the housing detect the touch when you briefly tap your ear with your fingers. And what exactly happens next is determined together with your hearing care professional. For example, you can activate voice control or switch to a special program.
An app on the smartphone is supposed to make operation easier, and we have found one for the B Moxi 1 R. In addition to basic functions like volume and programs, we find a few more buttons for personalization. A streaming option would be nice for our digital everyday life. The device at hand meets our wish and includes a 2.4 GHz wireless module. This allows you to send phone calls and sounds directly from the smartphone to the hearing aids.
