With the Moment 440 CIC-M, there is no need to reconstruct 3D hearing, as it remains completely normal. This is made possible by the deep fit in the ear canal. With 15 frequency channels, the Moment 440 CIC-M clearly belongs to the better devices and allows for an individualized, well-sounding programming.
The signal processing is based, among other things, on typical frequency patterns of speech and noise, but artificial intelligence is not yet in use here.

Those who prefer not to touch their ear to increase the volume will be happy with the optional remote control. This allows for comfortable and discreet adjustments to the hearing aid.
We always appreciate it when a hearing aid surprises us with a great additional feature. For example, we would have liked to see voice control at this point. But that is currently not available on the Moment 440 CIC-M. Some hearing aids can also be controlled with a quick tap of the finger without needing to press a button. However, this feature is still not implemented here.
For those who wish, an app can be downloaded. This provides a convenient and discreet way to change the volume or hearing programs on the Moment 440 CIC-M. It all works quite well. A wireless connection to a smartphone or laptop is not possible due to the lack of the necessary hardware components. One should carefully consider if they can manage without this feature, but why not give it a try.

You can start at a lower level, and gradually and almost unnoticed, the amplification approaches the target.
The Moment 440 CIC-M gets its power from small disposable batteries that need to be changed every few days. This is not rocket science, but it should be considered, especially in case of motoric issues. A rechargeable battery would be much easier to handle.
With an IP 68 certification, the hearing aid can withstand various adverse conditions. Dust cannot penetrate, it can withstand longer immersion in water, and it is also protected against contact.
